The submission is based on the title and abstract.

For publication, the full article will be sent after the event, on May 30th, 2025

Preliminary abstract paper submission: May 2nd, 2025

Notification of acceptance: May 10^th, 2025

Final paper submission: May 30th, 2025

17^th EEP International Conference: 15-16 May 2025

FEES

There is NO PARTICIPATION FEE

The conference will be held online (on ZOOM Platform).

The selected papers will be published in one of the following Journals:

In the Annals of “Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati. Legal Sciences. Fascicle XXVI, Indexed in CEEOL, EBSCO & HeinOnline (papers submitted in Romanian or English).
In the Public Administration and Regional Studies Journal, Indexed in CEEOL, EBSCO, HeinOnline & REPEC (for papers submitted in English or French).

The official accepted languages are Romanian, French, and English.

Regardless of the language of the final article, the title and the abstract should be in English only.

Please note that a participant may contribute a maximum of 2 papers (as sole author or co-author).
